Cumalikizik Village in Bursa
Some 200 houses of the traditional Turkish style line the narrow, cobbled streets of ancient
Cumalikizik Village, wich has been declared a national landmark.
With the inhabitants migrating to the big city, many houses have become semi-derelict and crumbling with age.
The strange ghost-town atmosphere, however, may change as several houses are restored by the City of Bursa to serve as guesthouses and restaurants.
